Hi, I'm Elyse
I’m on a mission to help women with ADHD reclaim their life after struggling with addiction. As someone who has struggled with addiction, anxiety, and trauma for a decade, I know how hard it is to get back on track.
After going back to school at 27 to become a Software Engineer, I started working full time. I was burnt out, tired, stressed, and I knew I needed to live a life that was meaningful to me. I needed to find my dream and shed the endless procrastination and negative self-talk that ruled my life.
I’ve always loved helping others, but I didn’t know how! After meeting someone in my tech women groups, I discovered coaching. Getting my own coach helped me to obliterate my self doubt and fear of going for the things I wanted. After letting my past and mistakes define me for so long, it was time to let go and stop holding myself back.
This transformative experience led me to become a life coach for women that have ADHD and have overcome addiction. So I can help people like you find better coping mechanisms, figure out what your dream is, and go for it. ADHD and your past don’t have to get in the way, it can be a tool to co-exist with. I’m here to show you how to do it.
